I don't have the exact same photo in my collection,
but I do have multiple instances of a similar photo.
The picture was used on an Inkworks LOST Season One promo trading card, MS-1:
A variation was used for a Happy Holiday promo trading card.
The card is foiled and features Jack wearing a Santa hat:
Creation Entertainment also issued the photo as a collector's item.
...and I have the same picture autographed by the cast.
